Last week, Kanal D appealed to the 7th Commercial Court in Istanbul and demanded that precautionary measures be taken for the "Bay Yanlış" series, which is broadcast on FOX. But the court rejected the channel's request.
On July 2, the Kanal D channel appealed to the 2nd Commercial Court in Istanbul, seeking 100 thousand Turkish pounds in compensation from Gold Film. However, this appeal was also rejected by the court once again. The court ruled that the decision on the precautionary measures could be taken after the trial in case the Kanal D channel proves its right.
According to the appeal, the Kanal D channel, while it was to agree on the series "Bay Yanlış" with Gold Film, Gold Film made an agreement with the FOX channel. Kanal D appealed to the court over his wrongdoing. Kanal D twice appealed to the courts to prevent the series from being shown.
Faruk Turgut, the producer of the series, said: “Some people let their jobs and they are trying to make a decision to stop broadcasting. For second time they didn't make it, let them try for 17th time. Even that time they will not succeed too. The laws I know apply to every court. So as you wish. Keep on trying ”
