— Kerem Bürsin (@KeremBursin) April 7, 2021Faced with the barrage of criticism and despite the unconditional support of his followers, the actor has decided to apologize in a video posted on his Twitter profile. "I apologize for using the word idiot. My statements were not appropriate. I should have used another word," said the actor, who still emphasized the need to respect the rules and wear the mask. "We have been fighting the pandemic for 1 year. It has been difficult for everyone but we have to wear the mask to avoid Covid-19. We have reached the top in cases and this is not pleasant," he has insisted in his video apology.
