Hande Erçel, from 'Love is in the air', unveils luxurious new villa

The Turkish performer has moved to a new house in Istanbul following the breakup with her boyfriend

Now that her fame is soaring both in her country and internationally, the 'Love is in the air' star has decided that she needs some extra privacy and has recently decided to move into a new house. According to several Turkish media, Hande Erçel would have paid 10 million Turkish Liras (977,000 euros) in exchange for her new home.

To this amount should be added another hundred thousand euros extra that the actress, Kerem Bürsin's boyfriend, would have disbursed for the reform that has managed to make the house to his taste.

Reportedly, in order to maintain the utmost discretion with her private life, the actress has signed a confidentiality agreement with the interior design company that has been in charge of the decoration of her new house. In case of breach of contract, the company would have to pay hefty compensation if they were to make public their location.

Hande Erçel decided to move out after breaking up with actor and singer Murat Dalkılıç, with whom she had a three-year relationship and there was even talk of wedding plans. Some sources put her break up down to his jealousy towards her co-star in 'Love is in the air', while others spoke of family pressures.

While she is now enjoying her new romance with Bürsin, the actress also shows off her two-story love nest with large glass windows on her Instagram account, where she has amassed 21.5 million followers.

Thanks to the photos on her wall and the stories she often uploads, we have been able to admire her impressive terrace, the works of art that adorn the house, and her good taste in terms of furniture.
