Kerem Bürsin and Hande Erçel ('Love is in the air') break their silence on Palestine

The popular Turkish actors have joined other celebrities speaking out on their networks about the conflict in Gaza, and they are not the only ones

Buildings destroyed, hundreds of missiles launched, airstrikes... The Israeli-Palestinian clashes continue unabated and civilian deaths continue to rise. According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the death toll in Gaza now stands at 181, including at least 52 children.

In the midst of this crisis, there are many celebrities who are using their social networks to express their pain for this situation and position themselves in one way or another towards one of the sides in this conflict. This is the case of the two most popular Turkish actors at the moment, the couple formed by Kerem Bürsin and Hande Erçel.

The 'Love is in the air' star shared for her 21.5 million followers on Instagram a story with a black background in which a message with the hashtag #PrayForPalestine could be read. A few minutes later, her boyfriend expressed his support for the people of Gaza in another story writing, "It's not about politics, it's not about religion, it's not about race, it's about HUMANITY."
