Can Yaman after DayDreamer ends: 'It will always be special to me, I miss it'

Can Yaman continue to be the dominator of Canale5 summer. The Turkish star, in recent weeks, has debuted with the new TV series Mr. Wrong that has officially taken the place of DayDreamer - Le Ali del Sogno, the series that has made the Italian public dream for years. And today, many feel nostalgic for the adventures of the Can-Sanem couple.

Among those who don't hide the fact that they feel nostalgic for it is also Can Yaman himself, who has never denied that he is deeply attached to this project that has allowed him to achieve extraordinary success.

DayDreamer fans were hoping for the continuation of the love story between Can and Sanem

In detail, the story of Can and Sanem, the couple protagonist of DayDreamer - The Wings of Dreams, are to be considered officially finished.

With the airing of the last episode, during which there was the long-awaited wedding between the two protagonists, with the arrival of triplets, the curtain fell on this very popular Turkish series.

In the country, however, it was decided not to go ahead and therefore not to produce a third season despite the success it had achieved. This is a very hard blow for the many fans, who hoped to be able to continue to watch the adventures of the Can-Sanem couple, but this is not going to happen.

Can Yaman's words after the end of DayDreamer

Can Yaman, in fact, at the end of the shooting of DayDreamer was busy with new sets and television projects, including Mr. Wrong - Lezioni d'amore, the new series about love that debuted at the end of May also in Italy, in the afternoon of Canale 5 in place of Uomini e donne.

However, the same Turkish actor did not hide, in a recent interview, to miss DayDreamer and to be deeply attached to that TV series.

"DayDreamer will always be special to me and I won't hide the fact that I'm nostalgic for it," admitted the Turkish actor who in these weeks is at the center of gossip for his much talked about a love story with TV host Diletta Leotta.

For DayDreamer, however, there will be no return to the scene since it has been permanently ended. And so, the Canale 5 audience has no choice but to become attached to the story of Ozgur, the new protagonist of Mr Wrong, played by Can Yaman himself.

In recent weeks, the average number of viewers recorded by the series has been about two million viewers per day with a share of 16-17%.

Numbers that have prompted the Biscione management to propose the series also in prime time, starting from Monday, June 14.
