Love is in the air' will continue until September, but Kerem Bürsin is not sure about it

Good news and bad news for Love is in the air fans. The Turkish soap opera that is sweeping Europe has been renewed for 13 more episodes, according to the news so it will continue until September. The bad news is that Kerem Bürsin's presence is in doubt.

A few days ago, rumors were circulating that Sen Çal Kapimi was going to end in May. The Turkish media TV100 assured that the fiction would end in spring, adding to the previous rumors that assured that it would reach 50 episodes. However, FOX TV has decided to order a new batch of episodes, so it will exceed one year of broadcasting, without stopping even during the summer.

Fans will be celebrating, but there is an impediment. Kerem Bürsin, who plays Serkan Bolat, has not yet signed his renewal contract and is negotiating with the company. It is known that Bürsin has a project with Netflix for this summer -although the media does not specify it, it is possible that it is a new season of Immortals, where he gives life to a vampire thug-, so both productions would overlap. The actor has to choose which of the two he will stay with.

His partner Hande Erçel has found herself in a similar situation. She had signed on to star in a new series titled The Ring that was to be shot in the summer, but she has spoken to the producers and filming is to be postponed in order to have Erçel in the cast. Although she has been able to find a solution, there is a chance that Bürsin could end up at a crossroads, and honestly, who says no to the world's biggest streaming platform?
