Storm over Diletta Leotta after party, brother: 'No one found anything bad about it'

Diletta Leotta was overwhelmed by the social storm after the party for her thirtieth birthday. In recent days, the sports presenter of Dazn has celebrated in her villa in Catania, organizing a party that has not gone unnoticed.

Many people have noticed the presence of "women-lamps" at the party of the Sicilian presenter, and these images have sparked controversy on the network.

Many, in fact, have pointed the finger at Leotta for this apparently offensive choice against the female world, but her brother Mirko has defended her from these accusations.

Controversy explodes after Diletta Leotta's party and the chandelier-women
The presence of the "women-lamps" hired for the birthday party of Diletta Leotta was not liked by social users. The latter criticized the choice of having at the party some image girls with a lampshade on their heads as if they were objects.

The images went around the web, and many accused Leotta of being insensitive, given the difficult situation that women in Afghanistan are experiencing.

In short, a media storm exploded around the sportswoman, who so far has preferred not to respond to comments against her.

However, her brother Mirko, who was present at the birthday party, took the field. He defended his sister from the criticism and accusations, specifying that the girls with the abat-jour headgear were part of the choreography for a ballet.

The brother of the presenter wanted to underline the fact that Diletta did not choose the choreography of the party herself, as she relied on an agency that organized everything.

'It was just a dance,' says Leotta's brother
"No one found anything wrong about it," said Mirko Manola, adding that seeing dancers perform with a headdress in the shape of a lamp did not at all outrage those present at the party for the anchorwoman's 30th birthday.

"That was just a ballet of many others and there were also dancers", continued the plastic surgeon who, in this way, tried to reject all the accusations made against his sister.

Will his brother's words be enough to turn off the controversy and the social storm on the account of the conductor? Alba Parietti also took sides against her in these hours and defined Diletta's birthday scene as "bad taste".
