Kerem Bursin and Hande Ercel: new movie together in 2022 after Love is in the air

Eda Yildiz and Serkan Bolat have conquered, after Turkey, also Italy with their love story. The TV series Sel Cal Kapimi, which in Italy has taken the name of Love is in the air, is still broadcast in the afternoon on Canale 5. According to rumors in the Turkish press, the two lead actors Kerem Bursin and Hande Ercel will shoot a new movie together, whose probable release date will be in 2022.

The love of Eda Yildiz and Serkan Bolat

At the beginning of summer 2021, Canale 5 started broadcasting the Turkish series Sel Cal Kapimi under the name Love is in the air.

The autumn schedule has kept the Turkish series in the afternoon time slot, although providing for a shorter duration of episodes than in the summer, unlike what happened to Brave and Beautiful, currently deleted from the schedule. The love between Eda Yildiz (Hande Ercel) and Serkan Bolat (Kerem Bursin), which initially started as a fake engagement contract and then turned into a real romantic story, has made fans fond of the two actors, who love each other also in real life. A shared love, not only on the set, but also in everyday life, can only make the interpretation of the two actors more plausible in the eyes of viewers.

Kerem Bursin also gave an interview to Verissimo, in which he stated that he fell in love with Hande as they spent time on set together. The two made their relationship official in April 2021.

New movie with Hande and Kerem

According to rumors in the Turkish press, Hande Ercel and Kerem Bursin should star together in a new movie. In fact, after the end of the second season of Love is in the air (which includes 11 episodes) and the consequent well-deserved rest, the two actors will start shooting a new production.

Kerem Bursin's production company would already be at work for the start of filming that will be in Adana.

The release date of the film would be scheduled for 2022.

Kerem and Hande dethroned Can Yaman and Demet Ozdemir

In the hearts of fans, Kerem Bursin and Hande Ercel took the place of Sanem and Can Divit: even then, fans hoped for a real love between actors Can Yaman and Demet Ozdemir and were thrilled by the news of a new series together announced by Gold Production.

That news, however, was not followed up further: Demet Ozdemir has work commitments in Turkey, while Can Yaman now resides in Italy, where he is currently busy filming Viola come il mare alongside Francesca Chillemi.

In addition, from January 2022, Yaman will play the Malaysian Tiger in the international modern remake of Sandokan, in which it is not yet known who will play the female character of Lady Marianne.
