Can Yaman's big heart: new equipment and gifts for the children at Policlinico Umberto I

Not just handsome. Can Yaman also has a heart of gold. The Turkish actor of Albanian origin has decided to celebrate his upcoming birthday (he will turn 32 on Monday, November 8, ed.) with a charity event. The star of "Daydreamer - Le ali del sogno", currently filming the TV series "Viola come il mare" in which he stars with Francesca Chillemi, took the field in person at the first initiative organized by the association "Can Yaman for Children".

Selfie and autographs at Cinecittà World

This is a fundraiser that aims to donate to the children of the Department of Pediatrics at the Policlinico Umberto I in Rome some machines necessary for their care. Today's is only the first of a long series of appointments. In the afternoon, Can Yaman met with fans at Cinecittà World and gave them selfies and autographs. The proceeds of the "Meet & Greet" tickets will be donated to charity and will contribute to the cause of the association that bears the name of the beloved actor.

The moving visit to Policlinico Umberto I

"My biggest dream? That of being able to see hospitalized children return to play," is the wish expressed by Can Yaman. The Turkish star also paid a visit to the paediatrics department of the Policlinico Umberto I in Rome to view a machine donated by his association and leave some gifts for the hospitalized children.  Can had a good time with the children and was also available to doctors and medical staff.

Can Yaman for Children

Can Yaman for Children was founded in the summer of 2021 following a visit to the paediatric department of the "Policlinico Umberto I".  The association is a non-profit organization and its aim is to support children and adolescents in the social and health field.

The association operates by promoting various activities related to pediatrics and the protection of health in the age of development, in particular, it raises funds for the purchase of capital goods to be allocated to hospitals that can invest them in activities of social interest, scientific research and in general actions to ensure the health of children.
