Ayça Ayşin Turan and Alp Navruz have become one of our favorite couples and of course, we are looking forward to the moment when Haziran and Poyraz confess their feelings. This project, so different from the ones they had done so far, has given them a lot of joy, but how did the offer come to them and how was their first meeting? Thanks to another Turkish series, which has nothing to do with the island, we can get an idea (more or less) of how 'Ada masalı' came about.
As we saw in that series, both actors were immersed in projects that had nothing to do with the romantic comedy we enjoyed on Divinity. He had just finished shooting a dramatic film and she was rehearsing for a play. The insistence of their managers (in fiction) makes them both read the script and fall in love with the story, changing their plans. What is real is that it was during the filming of this scene that the actors met. And we know (said by themselves) that they hit it off instantly.
The first rehearsal
Thanks to this curious crossover, we can see how they rehearsed the scene in which Poyraz and Haziran meet. She is in the oil mill trying to run away after taking some photos that compromised the loan the islander needed. Do you remember that moment? Now you can see the first time the actors put themselves in the shoes of their characters, in Turkish, of course!
