Love is in the air': the good friendship between Kerem, Hande and Bige Önal

The actress who played Selin, the nemesis of the florist Eda in the plot of the Turkish series, has left ample evidence in her social networks of the good friendship that unites them. Also before their love affair came to light, she was the most sought-after person by the Turkish media to try to elicit from her if Kerem and Hande were more than friends. Responding on whether he thought they made a good couple, Bige Önal answered reporters by saying "of course," before adding cryptically, "I think there is chemistry between them, it's one of the reasons why the series is successful. I love them both."

It is common to see Kerem and Hande making surprise appearances in the stories of Bige Önal, for whom they have been a great support in a very difficult few months. But as soon as the filming was over, Hande jumped in the car and drove the 700 km from Istanbul to Bodrum to be with her friend. She herself had experienced the same pain two years earlier when her mother died of leukemia. The great relationship between the two contrasts with reports that Hande Erçel had reportedly broken off her long-standing relationship with another castmate in the series, Sitare Akbaş. The two Turkish actresses were close friends until the latter started dating her former fiancé, which ended up putting them at odds with each other.
