Hande Erçel and Kerem Bürsin have spent a very busy year 2020 and half of 2021. They have spent a year and a half filming Love is in the air, with days from sunrise to sunset and no time to rest or think about other projects. They finished filming last August and, after a few months of well-deserved rest, it seems that the machinery is starting to get going again and they are closing their next projects.
Dedikoducu Çocuk, Hande Erçel's casting director and manager, has stirred up rumors about the performer. In a recent post on his Instagram account, he has hinted that he will announce news regarding the actress very soon. "I think it's coming ... Coming soon #HandeErcel," she wrote next to a picture of Erçel looking very elegant in a red suit.
The announcement could mean many things, from Erçel signing on for a new series or movie, to an appearance in some ongoing project or her collaboration with a major brand. The actress is one of the highest-rated in the Turkish industry at the moment, so there are many who want to work with her.
On the other hand, media outlet Noluyo has reported that Kerem Bürsin has things in the works and we might know more details in the coming months. In a Q&A on Instagram, a user wanted to know about the performer's future. "When will Kerem Bürsin come back with a project please?" he asked, to which the medium replied, "As far as I know, in 2022 (August-September) at the latest." This is not an official source, so it should be taken with a pinch of salt.
Another unofficial detail that has, however, been much heralded is the actors' move to the United States. Ever since Erçel said she was going abroad to improve her English and continue her training as an actress, all eyes have been on her new adventure. It was rumored to be at the end of November, but, for the moment, there seems to be no movement.
