2021 was supposed to be the year of redemption, after 2020 marked by Pandemic, continuous closures, and all sorts of restrictions. Can we really say it was better than its predecessor? The answer is not simple, nor unambiguous, but what is certain is that the boom in digitization in 2020 also resonated strongly in 2021.

People continue to spend a lot of time connected, not only for work but also in their free time. But what have users in Italy searched for online during these last 12 months? .
