Can Yaman, a new Turkish series in 2022 with an unspecified 'famous foreign actress'

Can Yaman will surely be dealing with a very special year, 2022. In spring his first series with an Italian production, Viola come il mare, will be aired and should debut on Canale 5 on Friday. Not only that: in the summer he will be busy filming Sandokan, but he should soon be back in Turkey to shoot a series that could be broadcast on Disney Plus next summer.

Can Yaman: the new Turkish series on Disney Plus

Can Yaman may soon return to Turkey to shoot a new series for the Disney Plus platform. In fact, it seems that before the filming of Sandokan, which is expected to take place for about four months between summer and autumn, Can might finalize this new series for the streaming platform earlier than expected, as Disney Plus will arrive in Turkey in the summer of 2022.

Not much is known about this new TV Series yet, but apparently, according to Turkish media, there will be a "famous foreign actress" by Can Yaman's side. It will be produced by Ay Yapım and the director is supposed to be Uluç Bayraktar. The same production company will create another series that will star Demet Özdemir. The series will be titled Hanedan and will be inspired by the 1980s soap opera Dynasty. The series in Turkey will air on Star Tv, the same channel that in 2018 featured DayDreamer - The Wings of Dreaming (programs broadcast on this channel can also be watched for free from Italy).

In spring, the airing of Viola come il mare

Anticipation is also growing for the airing of Viola come il mare, the TV series produced by Lux Vide, starring Can Yaman and Francesca Chillemi. The filming of the series is now finished and during the first part of 2022, viewers will be able to see it on the Canale 5 screens.

At the moment, there are still no certainties about the date of the debut, but according to the price lists published on Publitalia '80 (for the period from January 9 to March 26) the series should debut on Friday prime time, currently occupied by Alfonso Signorini's Big Brother Vip (again according to the price lists, the second weekly appointment with the reality show should be moved to Thursday).

The series starring Can Yaman is expected to debut on Friday night after the airing of two other dramas. The first one is Più forti del destino, a production of four episodes starring Giulia Bevilaqua and Laura Chiatti. The second is Fosca Innocenti, played by Vanessa Incontrada. Obviously these are only forecasts and Mediaset could reserve the possibility to change the choice for palimpsest needs.
