VIOLET LIKE THE SEA: EVERYTHING ABOUT THE FICTION THAT WILL BE BROADCAST ON CANALE 5 IN MARCH, STARRING CAN YAMAN AND FRANCESCA CHILLEMI

The fiction is gradually taking shape and filming continues on the set of "Viola come il mare" starring Can Yaman and Francesca Chillemi. The series transposes for television the novel Conosci l'estate? by Simona Tanzini. Shot between Palermo, Rome, and Civita Castellana, in the province of Viterbo.

Viola come il Mare is produced by Lux Vide, the production company that created DOC - Nelle tue mani, Un passo dal cielo, and many others and will air on Canale 5 from next March. The main character Viola (Francesca Chillemi) is a TV journalist who, after the death of a girl from a good family originally from Palermo where Viola lives, will recognize a special talent for investigation. The journalist suffers from chromo-musical synesthesia, that is, the girl associates sounds and colors to people.

Together with her, there is the former editor-in-chief Santo, who also introduces her to a policeman Francesco Demir (Can Yaman) who is nicknamed Zelig. A beautiful love story will be born between Demir and Viola.

Along with Francesca Chillemi and Can Yaman, Simona Cavallari, known for other dramas such as Squadra Antimafia and the most recent series produced for Canale 5, Storia di una famiglia perbene, will also star in the drama. Romano Reggiani in the role of Raniero Sammartano spotted on the set with Francesca Chillemi. The cast of Viola come il Mare also includes Giovanni Nasta, who starred in Che Dio ci aiuti and Buongiorno mamma.
