Demet Özdemir, Disney Plus series rumor: she will play İlkin, alongside Melisa Döngel from Sen Çal Kapımı

Demet Özdemir will be on the set of Dünyayla Benim Aramda this week, according to Birsen Altuntaş on her website. The actress, in the new production for the Disney Plus digital platform, will play the role of İlkin and will be joined by Melisa Döngel, who played Ceren in Sen Çal Kapımı.

Demet Özdemir will soon return to the set. According to rumors, she will be on the set of the Disney Plus series in March, according to Birsen Altuntaş, a Turkish journalist and TV series expert.

As early as this week, filming will begin on Dünyayla Benim Aramda, where Demet will play İlkin, the owner of a public relations company. Hafsanur Sancaktutan will play the role of İlkin's best friend. Buğra Gülsoy, on the other hand, will play Tolga, İlkin's better half. The cast of the main characters is not yet complete, with the other male character Kenan still missing. Negotiations are said to be still ongoing, as this character will not be present in the first episodes of the series.

What will be the plot of the dizi? It will start with İlkin wanting to test Tolga's confidence, so he will subject him, without his knowledge, to a test.

The cast will include other familiar faces from Turkish dizi and among them will be Melisa Döngel, aka Ceren from Sen Çal Kapımı (Love is in the air, ed.).

The actress will play a young girl who works in İlkin's public relations company. Other actors will include Zerrin Tekindor, recently seen in the medical drama Mucize Doktor, and İbrahim Selim, who became very popular on Youtube with his comedy show Stolk.

The series will be produced by MF Yapım with a script by Pınar Bulut and direction by Hülya Gezer.
