Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ, the Cesur of Brave and Beautiful, welcomed his first son Kurt Efe on April 15. The news was released by the Turkish press and both the baby and his mother, stylist and actress Başak Dizer, are well. The name was chosen by the parents to celebrate the beginning of their love, which started back in the days of the TV series Kurt Seyit ve Şura.

Kurt Efe Tatlıtuğ, the son of Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ, the Cesur of Brave and Beautiful, and his wife Başak Dizer, was born at 8:45 a.m. on April 15, 2022. It seems that the baby would be born a few days early, as the due date was Monday, April 18. According to the first rumors, the baby is in very good health and would be blond like his daddy.
As previously announced by the couple, they decided to name the baby Kurt to pay homage to their love story. In fact, the two met in 2014 at the time of the series Kurt Seyit ve Şura, in which Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ was the main character and played the role of Kurt. The couple, on February 19, 2016, got married in Paris.

Meanwhile, it's a golden period for Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ professionally as well. In the spring of 2022, he found himself on the set of his new film Nuh Boğuldu, produced by Ay Yapım, which will be available soon on the Netflix digital platform. The film is directed by Onur Saylak and scripted by Hakan Günday. It also features Funda Eryiğit and Gürgen Oz, a.k.a. Levent from Bay Yanlış, the TV series that starred Can Yaman and Özge Gürel.
Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ will also star in another film for Netflix: Aşıklar Bayramı. He will be joined by Beren Saat, with whom he already starred in the 2008 series, Aşk-ı Memnu. The film will be produced by OGM Pictures and scripted by Nuran Evren Şit. The set will not be set in Turkey but in New York.
