Can Yaman makes the international jump with a Disney project

The Turkish series are the latest bet of the television channels. In recent months there have been several productions of this type that have triumphed in Spain and in several European countries such as Italy.

The first one that triumphed among the public was 'Kara Sevda' until the viewers ended up surrendering to 'Erkenci Kus', the Turkish series that added thousands of followers and brought Can Yaman to fame until he won a Golden Butterfly Award for Best Actor in a Romantic Comedy.

Soap operas have become a guarantee of success and Can Yaman is proof of that. The Turkish actor, model, and lawyer who accumulates more than nine and a half million followers on Instagram is getting ready to make a big international splash.

Can Yaman will star in a new Disney Plus series based on the novel title 'El Turco', making him the first Turkish actor to star in a Disney+ project in Turkey. It is written by Kerem Deren and directed by Uluç Bayraktar and will start shooting this July. According to journalist Birsen, Can Yaman's partner will be a star worldwide.
