Police teams, in their investigation, determined that the person who kicked the car was Tayfur Demirtaş, 26, who had raided Beşiktaş's film consulting company, with which Serenay Sarıkaya was affiliated, last year. Tayfur Demirtaş, who was taken into custody, was placed under observation by the custody court at the psychiatric hospital.
After the incident, Sarıkaya filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office through her lawyer İsmail Filiz. A lawsuit was filed against Tayfur Demirtaş for the crimes of "threatening" and "disturbing the peace and tranquility of people," requiring up to 3 years in prison.
It was revealed that Tayfur Demirtaş had raided the company's Beşiktaş office, which provided advice to many celebrities such as Serenay Sarıkaya, Bergüzar Korel, Ezgi Mola and Erkan Can, in October last year.
It was learned that Demirtaş, who jumped from the outside door in the villa's garden, said he wanted to meet Sarıkaya and hurled curses and insults. Threatening death by breaking the windows of the company, Demirtaş attacked the surrounding area with a one-meter iron ashtray that he had grabbed and damaged the cars of the players in the villa's garden.
Demirtaş, who was detained at that time, claimed in his statement that he was promised to play the main role in the TV series "Medcezir" with Serenay Sarıkaya, but realized the event because this promise was not kept.
