Özge Gūrel and Serkan Çayoğlu: after the ones in Germany, second wedding in Verona, Italy

Double nuptials for Özge Gūrel and Serkan Çayoğlu, who were married in Germany on July 14, but will repeat their nuptials in August in Italy. The couple decided to get married first in the land where the actor's parents live, after which they will celebrate again with friends and relatives in Verona.

Özge and Serkan finally married

On July 14, Ôzge Gūrel and Serkan Çayoğlu got married, the very day the two celebrated their anniversary. The ceremony took place in Karlsruhe, a town in southwest Germany, where the actor's family lives (he is also a German citizen).

The couple announced the wedding on Instagram, which according to initial rumors was to be held on July 16. "We thought we would celebrate our anniversary in Karlsruhe City Hall," was what Özge Gūrel wrote in her post, accompanying the announcement with a few shots of the couple dressed in their wedding attire. The post has exceeded 900,000 likes, and among them are some "famous" ones, like Can Yaman and Kerem Bürsin

Özge Gürel wore a dress by Özlem Kaya, a Turkish fashion designer, while Serkan Çayoğlu's suit was by Levon Kordonciyan, another Turkish designer who calls himself "the wizard of the tuxedo." The couple decided to donate all wedding gifts to the Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer charity, but the celebrations did not end there.

In fact, the newlyweds will marry a second time in Italy, specifically on August 13 in Verona. They will again celebrate the wedding in front of 50 guests and as a location, a very romantic castle is rumored, but at the moment nothing is known for sure.

The wedding after the official engagement with the Turkish coffee ritual

The wedding between Özge Gūrel and Serkan Çayoğlu comes after the engagement party done with the traditional Turkish coffee ritual, although the actress, for the occasion, decided to play a joke on her fiancé. In fact, in the coffee, instead of salt, she put wasabi.

I still haven't figured out what was in it. It was a bitter, spicy coffee," said the actor when he told the press about the anecdote, " My fiancée's tastebuds were used to these things, she likes to try different tastes.

After the engagement party, Özge decided to remember her late father, who could not be there with her on that day: "My fiancé and I celebrated our new adventure with so many wonderful people, and it is a gift we decided to give to my father [...] I love you very much, I know there will be another life to be able to hug you."
