The Sandokan remake has disappeared from the radar again, or at least that's what has been rumored on the web in recent days. Sure, Can Yaman has been training for most of the summer to put on muscle mass after shooting Viola Come il Mare, but the ambitious Lux Vide project seems to have fallen into oblivion again, and fans fear the worst.
Sandokan with Can Yaman in jeopardy? The actor's fans are worried
We have seen Can Yaman training hard for much of this summer 2022, to once again achieve the right physique to play the role of Sandokan in the highly anticipated Lux Vide remake. The actor had already started exercising more than a year ago, complete with sabers and horses, reaching a muscle mass of as much as 100 kilograms.
Then the Sandokan project came to a drastic halt because of Covid, and among Can Yaman's work was taken over by Viola Come il Mare. For the new Mediaset drama, the actor dropped in weight, but after filming was completed, he began training intensively again.
In short, everything leads one to think that soon there will be talk about the project again, of the moment that in recent months there has been flat calm about it. In this regard, the weekly Nuovo Tv issued an alert that has the Turkish actor's fans agitated in no small measure, writing:
"The project of Sandokan, a remake of the 1970s TV series destined for Rai1, has stalled. In fact, it has disappeared from the radar."
