CAN YAMAN REVEALS, "I DID SOME MISCHIEF..."

The first episode of the drama starring Can Yaman and Francesca Chillemi, Viola Come il Mare, was aired, Friday, September 30, 2022. Audiences have been waiting for the new Mediaset series for a long time, but to cheat the wait, they were able to enjoy promos, small previews, and stories about what was happening among the cast members backstage. Among them, we also find Can Yaman, who confessed that he even did some "mischief..."

In a recent interview with TV Sorrisi e Canzoni, Can Yaman nostalgically recalled how nice it was to stay in Palermo during the filming of Viola Come il Mare. The actor told about the beautiful bond that was created just during that time with his set mates, who are now like family to him, and revealed that he even committed some mischief with some of them:

"]...] With the whole cast and crew we were staying in a small hotel in the center of town and it happened that we were all studying scripts in the same room, in merriment. With Giovanni Nasta (the interpreter of Turi D'Agata, the right-hand man of Can Yaman's character in the fiction, ed.) in the breaks we would play ball in the room and despite the lurkers of the fans under my balcony I even managed to do a few dumb things and even a dip in the sea."

Can Yaman's "prankster" and mischievous spirit that seems to have emerged with Viola Come il Mare, however, was also cast aside in times of need, when utmost seriousness and respect were required. Indeed, the actor uncomfortably recalled in an earlier interview of a time when an intrusive fan drove him into a rage, even going so far as to call out for his immediate arrest.
