Kerem Bürsin won the Best Actor in a Foreign Language award at the Produ Awards, which is called the Emmy of Latin America, for his role as Serkan Bolat in the series Sen Çal Kapımı.

Speaking on the subject, Kerem Bürsin said, "Now we see that everything has become more global with digital platforms and our productions can be watched in many different countries.

Saying that both Spaniards and Turks are very passionate, Kerem Bürsin said, "I remember when I was a child in Turkey we used to watch Latin TV series, and now it is the opposite.
