Serenay Sarıkaya's 'dream' scene in Şahmaran became a hot topic

The series Şahmaran, starring Burak Deniz, Serenay Sarıkaya, and Mert Ramazan Demir, started airing on Netflix yesterday. While the episodes of the series became an agenda on Twitter in a short time, the scene in which Sarıkaya pleasures herself left a mark.

In one scene, Sarıkaya pleasures herself with a snake in her dream. Afterward, Sarıkaya wakes up to see Burak Deniz emerging under the quilt. 

After the release of the series, this scene divided the viewers into two. While some supported the acting of the duo, some said that they found the scenes exaggerated.

WHAT IS THE PLOT OF THE SERIES?

Şahsu, who goes to Adana as a lecturer, decides to confront her grandfather who abandoned her mother years ago. On this journey, she finds herself in the middle of an extraordinary and mysterious community named Mar, a descendant of Shahmaran.

The people of Mar, who unconditionally believe in the legend of Shahmaran, the representation of love and wisdom, await the fulfillment of the historical prophecy with the arrival of Shahsu. 

Everything will change when the paths of Shahsu and Maran cross, who wants to stand up to her grandfather and ask him to account for the past.
