Burcu Özberk rebelled against earthquake posts!

Following the 7.7 and 7.6 earthquakes that struck Kahramanmaraş last week, aid campaigns continue all over the country. 

While search and rescue operations and relief efforts continue, many photos from the disaster zone are being shared on social media.

Burcu Özberk reacted to the addition of dramatic background music to some photos and videos in the disaster zone. The famous actress expressed her reproach on this issue with a message she posted on her Instagram account.

Burcu Özberk shared a post on her social media page and used the following statements: "Don't normalize the disaster by putting sad music under the photos and videos immediately.

Don't collage photos taken from destroyed houses and share them nonsense! Earthquake victims are still hungry, thirsty, sick, and afraid. They have nowhere to stay. 

Let's use social media only as a means of help and communication for a while. Let's keep our thoughts and feelings to ourselves for a while, so what?"
