The story between Demet Özdemir and Can Yaman during the filming of 'Erkenci Kuş'continues to give a lot to talk about. The two have been the target of many news in which they were briefly linked after the filming of the series, but the truth is that no such relationship was ever confirmed between them.

Just as the couple formed between Kerem Bürsin and Hande Erçel were called 'Hanker', the alleged couple formed between Can Yaman and Demet Özdemir is called 'CanDem' by fans who have not yet resigned themselves to think that not only are they not together but that Demet Özdemir found love in another man whom she married last summer.

Can Yaman after this relationship feint started working full time in Italy where he starred in 'Viola come il mare' with Francesca Chillemi and then embarked on the filming of a blockbuster for Disney+ Turkey called 'El Turco' in which he plays Balaban.

Demet Özdemir on the other hand has not wasted any time either. After starring in multiple women's magazine covers, she married musician Oguzhan Koc in August and played the leading lady in the series 'Dünyayla Benim Aramda' ('Between the World and Me'), also aired on Disney+. As you can see neither of them have stopped for a moment and it seems that filming 'Erkenci Kuş' has brought good luck to both of them.

But of course, many fans want this love story to continue at all costs regardless of the fact that Demet is a married woman. So much so that last December, the famous Turkish influencer Melis Buse Betkayan, posted a story on Instagram that raised a stir.

Melis said, "I feel like Demet Özdemir, who fell in love with Can Yaman but married Oguzhan Koc...", trying to describe how her mood was at the time. 

A simple sentence loaded with bad blood that doubly attacks Demet, her husband, and also leaves the door open for all those who still maintain the theory that Demet Özdemir and Can Yaman had a passionate and secret affair after the filming of her fetish series 'Dreaming Bird' ended.
