The host is currently busy with Tv 8 where he has landed at the helm of the game show "100% Italia," aired every night with decent ratings, in the access prime time slot.
As a result, for this new edition of the Island, Savino will find himself being replaced by Enrico Papi, who is now back for all intents and purposes in the parterre of hosts on Mediaset's flagship network.
At Papi's side, however, the presence of Vladimir Luxuria is confirmed, who will thus return to comment on the affairs of the castaways.
