Can Yaman recently told his story in an interview shared with Repubblica. The Turkish star decided to talk not only about his work projects and his charity but about his youth and his relationship with popularity today.

The Turkish actor became known in Italy with the drama Daydreamer - The Wings of Dream, where he starred alongside Demet Ozdemir. The light crime series distributed on Canale 5, Viola come il mare, consecrated his success. The star recently finished filming the international drama to be distributed by Disney Plus, El Turco. Yaman will soon return to Italy to shoot the second season of the series starring Francesca Chillemi, but in the meantime, he is devoting himself to other projects.

The 1989-born actor was recently interviewed by Repubblica and, before talking about his projects, he wanted to look back at his adolescence, from his passion for studies to his relationship with popularity today. "My successes are related to the studies I did during my adolescence," he reported.

His youth is a period to which he is so attached that he decided to undertake a charity initiative dedicated precisely to young children, called "Break the Wall," with the aim of helping teenagers in need.

"I was determined, ambitious. I was geeky. I played sports, and both my mental and physical development went hand in hand. Then I graduated from law school," Can Yaman revealed about his teenage years.

According to the actor, if he had started studying without first doing his studies, he would have been less confident, and more empty. Although the star is very proud of his career and career path, he has not always spoken well of success in the past.

The Turkish actor has reported several times that he has only recently managed to find a balanced relationship with popularity. At the beginning of his career, however, he perceived with more difficulty the challenges associated with being such an exposed public figure.

"I don't like to talk about it, I feel like I'm megalomaniacal. I have digested popularity, when you digest it you become more mature," he let it be known during the interview granted to Repubblica.

For Can Yaman, even the craziest episodes can enrich his character, as they allow him to confront everyone. "Eventually you learn to be grateful: life has given me so many opportunities," he concluded.

In the coming months, until June, the Turkish star will be touring the various venues that have joined the Break the Wall Tour, with different meetings aimed at improving the living conditions of young people.
