The Turkish star was among the most anticipated guests for the seventh edition of the festival and when he took the stage there was a real standing ovation for him. After the first clip that was aired during the interview, the actor decided to go down to the audience and dozens of spectators threw themselves at him. Only the intervention of security was able to restore order in the square. After a few minutes, the most fervent fans managed to get on stage.

Despite the chaos, the interview continued. The Turkish star went on to talk about the time he took his first steps in Turkey, up to the new series he has to shoot, Sandokan. Then he complimented the city of Benevento. "I've been here for a few hours and it seems like a beautiful city. I would gladly buy one of the apartments in the historic center," he admitted to the journalist. The actor received a career award and another for social work with Can Yaman for Children.
