Nurgül Yeşilçay and Rabia Soytürk portray mother and daughter in the series "Veda Mektubu" (Farewell Letter). Following Caner Topçu's remarks that angered Rabia Soytürk, Nurgül Yeşilçay, who plays Soytürk's mother in the series, expressed her support.

During a guest appearance on a program, Caner Topçu, known for his role in the series "Dönence," praised his co-star Sümeyye Aydoğan. However, in the process, he made a statement that upset his former co-star Rabia Soytürk from the series "Duy Beni."

In response to the situation that caused a crisis between Rabia Soytürk and Caner Topçu, Nurgül Yeşilçay stood by Rabia Soytürk and posted, "We stand with Rabia, mate."
