As the Turkish media wrote, he made this decision when the famous actress and model Bestemsu Özdemir broke his heart. Yaman was in a long-term relationship with Bestemsu and they moved in together in 2017, and they were also engaged.

Some media wrote that the actress had cheated on Can, but she denied it. He never wanted to comment on their relationship and break-up, and would never get over Bestemsu. This is precisely why he can't settle down with another woman.
