Turkish heartthrob Can Yaman continues to be far from finding tranquility. The filming of the second season of "Viola come il mare" was anything but smooth. The lawsuit filed by the merchant from Civita Castellana continues through legal channels. The woman has also leveled new accusations against the prosecutor.

Words always carry weight, even when used to defend someone you love, like your favorite celebrity. Can Yaman's fans will have to face the accusations made by the prosecutor for insulting the shopkeeper who was attacked by the Turkish star last September.

Can Yaman's Fans Reported for Defamation!

The shopkeeper from Civita Castellana, Barbara Nelli, became the target of Can Yaman's fans for reporting his assault. The unpleasant incident occurred while the filming of the second season of "Viola come il mare," a successful series on Canale 5, was taking place in the city.

"It's defamation," explained the shopkeeper Barbara Nelli after formalizing her complaint to the Carabinieri, presenting thirteen usernames to the prosecutor. The defamation charge comes from the shopkeeper following the incident that caused a stir in Civita Castellana. According to the shopkeeper, the lead actor of "Viola come il mare" came to her store and confronted her about the loud music.

"Yes, filing a complaint was necessary. There were really baseless attacks and insults that not only related to the incident itself but also became personal, harming the image of my client's business," these words were reported to Corriere della Sera by the lawyer representing the shopkeeper, Giuseppe Romano from the Lecce Bar Association.

The thirteen usernames given to the prosecutor by Barbara Nelli will now face defamation charges. One user wrote, "With a cigarette in your hand, besides the fact that smoking is not allowed in stores, do you know how much those clothes will smell like smoke?" Another commented, "She even sells disgusting stuff." Yet another account said, "Stuff from flea markets."

Lawyer Giuseppe Romano from the Lecce Bar Association also commented on the progress of the investigation, stating that it's not yet known whether the security camera footage from the municipality will be examined. Updates are expected, but in the meantime, the lawyer and his client will continue with the defamation complaint against Can Yaman's fans. The lead actor of "Viola come il mare," in the meantime, has not commented on the accusations and has returned to social media, announcing the end of filming a few days ago.
