Currently, the topic of contract renewals for BLACKPINK members is heating up in the K-pop industry, as it is still unknown whether the girls will continue their journey with YG Entertainment.

Recently, various rumors have circulated, but the final word on the matter is still pending. On November 14, YG shared an update with the media, confirming that the resolution was imminent.

Yesterday, the media revealed information based on sources close to YG and members within the industry.

According to Naver, some members may have chosen not to sign an individual contract with YG Entertainment. However, the media believes that this won't hinder the group, as it is expected that BLACKPINK members will continue group activities jointly with YG Entertainment.

In response, YG Entertainment stated in the media, "We are still in discussions. Nothing has been decided yet."
