More candid than ever, the actress disclosed that thinking about what could happen caused her a lot of restlessness and anguish. In fact, according to reports, every morning she would wake up very irritable, avoiding talking to anyone for at least two hours. The actress confirmed this. Every day, she needed time for herself, to think and reflect. "I used to be like that, not anymore. I woke up nervous and tense. I grew up with anxiety about the future," revealed the actress.

However, when she began to excel as an actress and secure leading roles (becoming the queen of romantic comedy in Turkey), everything changed. Worries suddenly disappeared, and she transformed completely. "When my life improved a bit, I relaxed and felt somewhat relieved, especially financially," she confessed.

A Difficult Child with a Strong Personality

This is not the first time the actress has talked about her childhood and adolescence. Some time ago, in an interview with Ibrahim Selim, the actress revealed that she was a complicated child because she had a difficult character. "I was a terrible person," she said at the time, not used to talking to anyone. Furthermore, she confessed that her father didn't make things easier since he was very inflexible and disciplined.

Over the years and into adolescence, Demet continued to show her strong character. A character that led her to want everything here and now. "When I was a child, I was incredibly ambitious, determined, and impatient. I wanted everything to happen very quickly. But I was 14 years old when I was like that, and at that time, how quickly can things happen?" Dealing with her was complicated. "This impatience was creating extreme tension in me," the actress admitted.
