Juyeon had prepared an acrobatic performance for this significant moment, but the Gayo Daejeon camerawork and production spoiled it by focusing on the audience and maintaining a fixed shot of fans' hands for an extended period, failing to capture most of Juyeon's solo performance and missing all the movements he had prepared for the occasion.

Shortly after the event, Juyeon's fans expressed their frustration on South Korean community sites, posting fancams of Juyeon to showcase his performance and expressing their anger towards SBS for ruining the young man's performance.

On TheQoo, a post on this topic gathered over 70,000 views within a few hours.

Users then expressed their indignation, unanimously agreeing that SBS made a serious mistake and that the channel should apologize for ruining Juyeon's efforts for this performance.
