While awaiting the new filming of Sandokan, Can Yaman attended the musical event organized by the State Police in Rome. Here are some shots of the actor.
Filming for Sandokan is temporarily on hold. The cast of the Lux Vide-produced TV series is preparing to fly to Réunion Island to finish the shoot, and Can Yaman has some free time to spend in Rome before once again taking on the role of the Tiger of Malaysia. Just a few days ago, the Turkish actor was spotted at the musical event organized by the State Police at the Baths of Caracalla.
Can Yaman at the State Police Event
While waiting to depart for Réunion Island with the rest of the Sandokan cast to complete filming the TV series that will air on Rai 1 and be distributed internationally, Can Yaman decided to attend the musical event organized by the State Police at the Baths of Caracalla. In the heart of Rome, the charming Turkish actor participated in the event with enthusiasm, but it seems he hasn't entirely left behind the persona of the Tiger of Malaysia.
In fact, Yaman showed up with his hair long and tied back in a half-up, half-down style. He also chose to apply a bit of black eyeliner on his lower lash line, just as he wears on set a sign that even though he's trying to spend his free time seeking relaxation and rest, the essence of Sandokan is now deeply ingrained in him.
Meanwhile, there is good news regarding another one of Can’s projects, which seemed destined to remain on hold for a while longer. The official Instagram page for El Turco has appeared, the TV series in which he plays the Ottoman commander Balaban Agha. This page will now be used to share updates on the show's release after the streaming platform Disney+ backed out and sold the rights to the television series.
