Being part of a parallel storyline that shows a person in two different time periods is very interesting and appealing. The idea of portraying someone 15 years apart is so captivating because both timelines are interconnected. Mali is someone who, when forced to adapt, develops filters but lacks the knowledge to truly heal himself. At his core, he’s a fierce character.
