Hande Erçel Shows Loyalty to Her Former Güneşin Kızları Co-Star Berk Atan

Hande Erçel was among the friends who reached out to Berk Atan after he was involved in a traffic accident on his way to the set of his drama Gönül Dağı, where he plays the lead role. It was revealed that Berk suffered a rib fracture in the accident.

Last Friday evening, while returning to the set of Gönül Dağı in Eskişehir, Berk Atan was involved in a serious car accident. He was kept under observation in the intensive care unit overnight before being moved to a regular hospital room. Reports say that because of ongoing pain from his broken ribs, Berk will remain hospitalized for a while longer. Fans are now curious about how the storyline of Taner, the character he plays in the series, will be adjusted moving forward.

Meanwhile, many of Berk’s fellow actors, including Ekin Mert Daymaz, have visited him or called to check on him. Among those who called was Hande Erçel, who reportedly reached out to Berk immediately after hearing the news to get updates on his condition. Hande and Berk had previously starred together in the popular series Güneşin Kızları.
