Turkish actress Hande Erçel made an appearance at the 78th Cannes Film Festival this year. However, it wasn’t just her presence that made headlines—social media couldn’t stop talking about the lower half of her dress.
Hande Erçel, who frequently grabs attention with her vacations and her relationship with Hakan Sabancı, has also been spotted at numerous international events. Most recently, she walked the red carpet at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival as an invited guest.
Held in Cannes, France, and chaired this year by Juliette Binoche, the 78th edition of the Cannes Film Festival was full of glamour—and Erçel didn’t miss the opportunity to share her experience with her followers on social media.
However, just like Birce Akalay earlier, Erçel’s fashion choice drew mixed reactions online. Attending the premiere of Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning, the actress wore a Giambattista Valli dress complemented by jewelry from Pomellato. Yet, it was specifically the lower part of her outfit that prompted people to take a second look.
