The Reason for the Breakup Was a Vacation

Melisa Sabancı Tapan and Kerem Bürsin, who kept their relationship out of the spotlight for 1.5 years, have broken up because of a “vacation.” It’s claimed that Sabancı’s never-ending desire to travel wore Bürsin down.

The reason for ending the 1.5-year relationship between actor Kerem Bürsin and the late Sakıp Sabancı’s granddaughter, Melisa Sabancı Tapan, has come to light.

Although Sabancı said at an event she attended last week that “we broke up due to our busy schedules,” it has been learned that this wasn’t the case. According to the claims:

Bürsin went to Dubai with his girlfriend and a group of friends for the filming of a commercial. After the shoot, Sabancı suggested they travel from Dubai to another destination to take a vacation together. Bürsin turned down his girlfriend’s vacation proposal and preferred to be at home. It’s said that Sabancı then decided to end the relationship. In a previous statement, Bürsin said, “I think I’m someone who doesn’t like taking vacations. This was the biggest problem in my relationships.”
