Akkor said she would be open to working with Demet Özdemir—if she wants.

One of the most respected voices in Turkish classical music, Kamuran Akkor, spoke about Demet Özdemir, who returned to TV sets with Eşref Rüya. After Özdemir’s song in the series went viral online, many felt she was also stepping into the music world.

Responding to a question about Demet Özdemir, Akkor said:

“I really like her acting and her artistry. We met backstage—she’s such a sweet girl. I’m very happy I met her. I like her voice, and she sings very beautifully. If she wants, I would work with her.”

Akkor also added that Özdemir hasn’t asked her for any song.
