Appearing as a guest on the late-night talk show İbrahim Selim'le Bu Gece (Tonight with İbrahim Selim), Baysal made a candid confession about how she actually parted ways with the hit spy drama.
Having anchored the first three seasons of Teşkilat, Baysal shared the screen with heavy-hitting leading men Murat Yıldırım and Çağlar Ertuğrul.
Following the third season, Baysal exited the show, and Aybüke Pusat was brought in to fill the void. The true mechanics behind Baysal's departure have been a subject of intense industry curiosity for quite some time.
Currently dominating the ratings as "Esme" in TRT 1's undisputed chart-topper, Taşacak Bu Deniz (This Sea Will Overflow), Baysal sat down with İbrahim Selim and finally pulled back the curtain on the timeline of her Teşkilat exit.
Baysal revealed that she was unceremoniously dropped from the cast without warning.
"I felt that emptiness for a year and a half," Baysal admitted on the broadcast. "You are part of a project for three consecutive seasons, and then at the very last minute, it gets canceled. Dropped right at the eleventh hour. It was incredibly sudden for me." With this statement, the actress confirmed that her departure was not a planned narrative arc, but a sudden dismissal.
