Deniz Baysal, who plays Esme in Taşacak Bu Deniz, is divorcing musician Barış Yurtçu, whom she married on September 6, 2019, in a fairytale wedding in Çeşme. Baysal applied to the İstanbul Courthouse at the beginning of the week and filed for divorce, citing differences of opinion and lack of interest. She has also separated her home from Yurtçu.
NO AGREEMENT WAS REACHED, THE CASE TURNED CONTESTED
It has been learned that Deniz Baysal, who is currently in İzmir with her family, wanted to divorce Barış Yurtçu by mutual agreement. However, because Yurtçu reportedly does not want a divorce, the case has turned into a contested divorce. Baysal has also obtained a confidentiality order to prevent speculation that may arise regarding the matter.
